Ego is Expensive | Humility, Hope + Leadership Today
There's a big difference between needing to be right and needing to get to the right outcome.
This week I'm talking to *Emma Robertson*, CEO, longtime champion of women in technology and one of the clearest voices on leadership I know.
We talk about ego, humility, diversity of thought, why culture is never "done", women in technology, AI, and why our job as leaders isn't to have all the answers.
We just need to be really clear about the problem we're trying to solve, bring the right people into the room, and be prepared to let go of our own answer.
And, when the world feels particularly uncertain, remember that leaders also need to be *dealers in hope.* ❤️
